At each corner a stepped block projects slightly forward, like the corners of a carved picture frame, and inside it the central plate is cut as a bevelled \u003cstrong\u003eoval\u003c\/strong\u003e. Small cut-glass leaves fill the four spaces between the oval and the frame. There is no colour at all: the piece works through bevels, engraving and the play of light between them.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt \u003cstrong\u003e110 cm tall and 80 cm wide\u003c\/strong\u003e, Trianon suits a bedroom, a hallway or the wall above a chest of drawers or a small console.
