Rabbit — Millefiori Murano Glass Figurine
Ears up and alert, or crouched low and still — a rabbit is only ever in one of two moods, and we make both. The body is millefiori: canes of coloured glass sliced into flower-filled discs, fused together and rounded at the flame until the pattern covers every surface.
The tall version reaches eleven and a half centimetres, mostly ears. Both are made entirely by hand.
Made by hand on the island of Murano, Venice using the millefiori technique, unchanged since the Renaissance. Collect the whole menagerie in our Murano glass miniature animals, or see our larger animal sculptures. Each piece arrives with a certificate of authenticity and fully insured worldwide shipping.
