The Programme

What working with us actually means

  • Direct from the furnace. No importer, no middleman, no "Murano style". Your pieces are blown on the island, by masters we work with directly.
  • Made to your specification. Dimensions, colour, number of arms, drop length, finish. If it can be blown, it can be made — and if it cannot, we will tell you before you commit.
  • Trade pricing. Preferential terms scaled to the project, agreed before you present to your client. Quoted in writing, held for the duration of the project.
  • Drawings and colour references. Dimensioned technical drawings and the furnace's colour range before you commit, so what you specify is what your client receives.
  • One point of contact. The same person from the first drawing to the final delivery. Not a ticket number.
  • Full insurance and installation support. Every shipment insured for its full value. Custom crating, and technical documentation for your installers.
How it works

From brief to installation

    The brief

    Send us the space, the constraints and, if you have them, the drawings. We come back within two business days with what is possible and what is not.

  2. 02

    Drawings and quotation

    Technical drawings, colour references and a written quotation, held for the duration of the project. Nothing goes into production until you sign it off.

  3. 03

    Production on Murano

    Each piece is blown by hand. Lead times depend on scale and complexity — we agree them in writing before we begin, and we do not move them.

  4. 04

    Delivery and installation

    Custom crating, full-value insurance, worldwide delivery. Technical documentation for your installers, and we stay reachable during the fit-out.

Trade enquiries

Do you have a minimum order for trade?
No. We would rather begin with one piece that is right than a volume that is not. Trade terms scale with the project, and we will tell you honestly when a project is too small to be worth your time or ours.
Can you match a specific colour or an existing piece?
In most cases, yes. Send us a photograph, a RAL or Pantone reference, or the piece itself, and we will tell you honestly whether the furnace can reach that tone — before you commit to anything. Murano glass is mouth-blown: a colour is approached, never cloned, and slight variation between pieces is inherent to the medium, not a defect.
What are the lead times for a large project?
A single piece takes around 2–3 weeks. A floor of a hotel takes months, not weeks, and we will not pretend otherwise. We agree the schedule in writing before production begins and we hold it. Note that the furnaces of Murano close for the Italian summer holidays in August.
Do you provide certification and documentation?
Yes. Every piece is issued a Certificate of Authenticity with a unique reference that can be verified on our website at any time. For contract projects we also supply technical drawings, weights, fixing specifications and installation documentation.
Can you work to a fixed budget?
Yes — tell us the budget and we will tell you what is achievable within it, honestly. Murano glass has a floor price below which the work is no longer Murano glass, and we would rather lose a project than deliver something that is not what we say it is.
