From idea to delivery, in four steps

    A photo, a sketch, the measurements of the room: it takes very little to begin. We reply telling you frankly what can be done.

    Proposal and quote

    Within a few days you receive sizes, colours and price in writing. Nothing goes into production without your confirmation.

    The furnace makes it

    With your confirmation and a 50% deposit, the piece is blown and worked by hand in Murano: from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on complexity.

    Insured delivery

    Made-to-measure packing, insured and tracked shipping to your door. Every piece has its own Certificate of Authenticity. The balance is due before dispatch.

Where prices start
A personalised pair of goblets starts at a few hundred euros; a made-to-measure chandelier at a few thousand. Tell us your budget: we will propose what fits within it.
Timing
From 4 to 12 weeks of work, plus shipping. The furnaces of Murano close in August; for a Christmas gift it is best to write to us by the end of October.
Payment
A 50% deposit when you confirm the order, the balance before dispatch. A written quote, with no surprises.
A one-off piece cannot be returned
Made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned, except for defects or damage in transit. That is why we confirm every detail together before we begin.

How long does a custom commission take?
After our first conversation we prepare a design concept and a quote within a few days. Production typically takes from four to twelve weeks, depending on the complexity and scale of the piece.
Can you ship large or fragile pieces worldwide?
Yes. Every commission is packed in bespoke protective crating and shipped fully insured. Delivery is complimentary across the EU, with worldwide white-glove rates calculated at checkout.
Is there a minimum budget for a commission?
A personalised pair of goblets starts at a few hundred euros; a made-to-measure chandelier at a few thousand. The price depends on size, technique and detail: share your budget in the form and we will propose what fits within it.
Do I receive a Certificate of Authenticity?
Every commissioned piece arrives with a Certificate of Authenticity issued by Venetian Murano Glass, confirming it was handcrafted in Murano by master glassmakers and documenting the technique used.
