How long does a custom commission take?
After our first conversation we prepare a design concept and a quote within a few days. Production typically takes from four to twelve weeks, depending on the complexity and scale of the piece.
Can you ship large or fragile pieces worldwide?
Yes. Every commission is packed in bespoke protective crating and shipped fully insured. Delivery is complimentary across the EU, with worldwide white-glove rates calculated at checkout.
Is there a minimum budget for a commission?
Bespoke projects start from around €1,000 for smaller pieces and scale according to size, technique and detail. Share your budget in the form and we will propose the best options.
Do I receive a Certificate of Authenticity?
Every commissioned piece arrives with a Certificate of Authenticity issued by Venetian Murano Glass, confirming it was handcrafted in Murano by our master artisans and documenting the technique used.
