MURANO GLASS CHANDELIERS

For seven centuries, the great rooms of Venice have been crowned by glass. A Murano chandelier is never pressed or moulded: every arm, every flower, every leaf is mouth-blown at the furnace and assembled by hand, one piece at a time — weeks of patient work in a single luminous object.

Our chandeliers carry the names of the palaces, doges and painters of the lagoon — Ca' Foscari, Ca' d'Oro, Leon, Tiepolo, Tiziano — from an intimate six lights to monumental twenty-four-light Rezzonico pieces two metres across. Each is made to order in any colour, from pure crystal to gold, red or violet.
