TV Mirrors
A Venetian TV mirror solves one of interior design’s oldest problems: the black screen that dominates a beautiful room. The television is installed behind a special semi-reflective glass, framed in engraved Murano glass. Switched off, it is simply a Venetian mirror; switched on, the picture appears through the glass as if floating inside the frame.

A mirror that becomes a screen
A TV mirror hides the television behind a mirrored plate framed in Murano glass. Switched off it is a Venetian mirror on the wall; switched on, the picture comes through the glass. The frame is engraved and decorated exactly like our other mirrors, because it is made in the same workshop — the difference is the specially treated plate and the housing built around your screen.
What we need to know
Each piece is built around a specific television, so before ordering we need the exact model, the screen size and how it will be fixed to the wall. Plan the power and HDMI runs before installation — they live behind the panel — and leave the ventilation gaps the maker specifies. Installation is a job for two people and, for the electrics, a professional. Write to us with your TV details and we will confirm feasibility.
Frequently asked questions
Does it fit any television?
The frame is built to the screen, so we work from your model and measurements rather than a standard size. If you change television later, the frame stays — the housing may need adapting.
Does the picture lose quality through the glass?
The plate is designed to transmit the image while staying mirrored when the screen is off. Brightness is best in a room that is not lit directly from behind the viewer, as with any television.
How long does it take?
These are made to order and among the most complex pieces we sell; the estimated production window is shown on each product page and confirmed in writing when the order is placed.
