Dardo — "the dart" — is the boldest silhouette in our collection: a blade of colour rising almost eighty centimetres into the air, drawn out from a single gather of molten glass into a neck as fine as a brushstroke. It is not simply a vase; it is a vertical gesture, a line of pure Murano drama for a console, a hallway or an empty corner that deserves an exclamation mark.
Dardo unites the island's two souls: the hot work of the furnace, where the body is mouth-blown and stretched in one breath, and the cold art of the moleria, where the crystal-clear base is ground and polished into facets by hand at the wheel — the technique Venetians call vetro molato. Deep Ruby or absolute Onyx, suspended over a foot of faceted light: choose one, or let the pair stand together in conversation.
